Shipping

1. Processing time

• Standard orders — packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Engraved orders — packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days, because each engraved tag is printed individually for your pet.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, expected delivery is:

• Germany — 2-4 business days
• Other EU countries — 3-10 business days

These are typical times; carriers occasionally take longer and we can't guarantee a specific delivery date.

3. Shipping costs

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout once you pick your destination country. As a reference:

Prices include VAT where applicable. Free shipping kicks in automatically at €14.98 subtotal for German orders — a single tag plus engraving qualifies.

4. Tracking

Tags ship as letter mail (Maxibrief) by default, which is fast and inexpensive but does not include tracking. If you'd prefer a tracked parcel, contact us before placing the order and we'll send a quote — the price difference is added to the shipping cost.

When your order ships, we send a notification email with your tag ID and (if applicable) the tracking number.

5. Shipping outside the EU

We currently ship only within the 27 EU member states. Non-EU shipping introduces customs paperwork we're not equipped to handle yet — but it's on the roadmap.

6. Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days (DE) or 21 business days (other EU), email us at support@pawback.pet and we'll either resend the order or refund you in full.
