Terms of Service

1. Service provider

PawBack, operated by Milad Ghadi, Düsseldorf, Germany.

2. Service description

PawBack provides smart pet identification tags with QR codes and NFC chips. Each tag is linked to an online dog profile. When scanned, the profile is displayed and the finder can contact the owner through our email relay system.

3. Pricing and payment

The tag purchase is a one-time payment. The online profile is provided free of charge for the lifetime of the service. No subscriptions, no recurring fees.

4. Service continuity

The PawBack profile service is provided free of charge for as long as the service operates. We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time, for any reason.

In the event of a planned service shutdown, we will:

• Provide a minimum of 6 months written notice via email to all registered users
• Keep the service fully operational during the notice period
• Provide instructions for exporting your dog's profile data

We are under no obligation to continue operating the service indefinitely. The one-time tag purchase price covers the physical tag only, not a perpetual service guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, impersonate others, or use the service to harass or harm any individual.

6. Liability

PawBack is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost or harmed pets and cannot guarantee a finder will contact you. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the tag.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
